Cleaning Time UK were called out to view a concrete floor in Chesterfield Derbyshire that had been discovered underneath carpet tiles. Our Client loved the concrete floor but wanted the old glues removed to make it look great again. Luckily they had called the right company for the job and we wasted no time in agreeing a cost and proceeding onto getting the work booked in.

Our team arrived in Chesterfield and began by applying a solvent stripping solution to make the old glues dissolve, we never like to use solvents unless its the last resort! We tried other products that were a lot more eco-friendly but it would not shift. Once dwell time was over, we began by scrubbing the floor using our rotary machines and diamond brushed to remove the excess glues and it came off. We rinsed the floor using our high pressurised wet vac system to remove all the dirt excess water that was full of glues. Upon finishing this, we then dried the floor and left this to dry overnight.

We returned the next morning and applied 3 saturations of sealant to protect the floor and allow maintenance to be easier for our customers. Our customer was over the moon and has recommended us to other shop owners near by, that want the same similar work completed. Another happy customer!
